Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
